The 2022 Gold Coast Esports Cup features as part of the finals for the Australian national trials for the Commonwealth Games Esports Championships which will see the top four Rocket League teams from across Australia compete for the right to represent Australia at the Commonwealth Esports Championships.
The Australian national trials for the 2022 Commonwealth Esports Championships will determine who will represent Australia in esports and join our national team on the world stage in Birmingham against other Commonwealth nations taking place on the 6-7th August 2022 in Birmingham, England.

Played on the Nintendo Switch in 1 v 1 format, players are seeded into a tournament bracket to play against one another until the champion is determined.

Join in the 2 v 2 Halo Infinite tournament today to show off your skills to compete for a share of the $500 prize pool.
Played on PC, teams will play through a gauntlet against other teams earning points for match wins, the teams with the most points at the end of each day are the winners.
A maximum cap of 32 teams is available for this competition.
RIG headset, mouse/laptop keyboard & RIG Nacon PRO controller will be provided. Players are encouraged to bring their own equipment if they do not wish to use what is provided.

Each game has a player cap, please check the information above to confirm how many can register for each event. Registrations are accepted on a first-in best-dressed basis. Players of all skill levels are welcome!
